The Bronx Economic Development Corporation (BXEDC) was established in March 1981 with the purpose of building a thriving business community in The Bronx. The BXEDC provides assistance to Bronx-based businesses in the form of capital access, business capacity building, and community engagement.
We are a mission-driven 501(c)3 non-profit with the purpose of building up The Bronx business community by cultivating relationships with and between community stakeholders, providing long-term capital to commercial businesses, and advocating for The Bronx.
